Jubilant Bhartia Group has announced it will acquire a 40% stake in Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, India’s largest Coca-Cola bottling plant. The group, known for owning Domino’s Pizza through Jubilant FoodWorks, has yet to disclose the financial details of the deal.
